Breaking down Danny Amendola's restructured contract

New England Patriots wide receiver Danny Amendola is due $1.6 million this season, taking a $4.4 million pay cut. Amendola signed a two-year, $8.1 million contract, but got just $1.35 million guaranteed. He's due $6.5 million in 2017, nonguaranteed. He has a $1.25 million guaranteef, $100,000 signing bonus and $250,000 in per-game roster bonuses for a maximum of $1.6 million. He was previously due $6 million this year through a $5 million base salary and $500,000 in per-game and $500,000 in incentives. The incentives were removed.
