Breaking down DeSean Jackson's four-year, $32 million deal

Newly-minted Washington Redskins wide receiver DeSean Jackson's four-year, $32 million acts as a three-year, $24 million deal due to a voidable year in 2017, according to a league source.

The deal has $16 million guaranteed and includes a $5 million signing bonus, fully guaranteed base salaries of $1 million in 2014 and $3.75 million in 2015, a fully guaranteed workout bonus of $500,000 if he's on the roster on April 10, a $500,000 workout bonus in 2015 and a $1.5 million per game roster bonus for 2014 and a $3.75 million roster bonus in 2015.

His $8 million base salary for 2017 voids if he's on the roster five days after the 2016 league year Super Bowl.

Jackson has $3.75 million roster bonus paid $234,375 per game active in 2016. It's not guaranteed. And his $3.75 million base salary in 2016 isn't guaranteed.
