Broncos sign Manny Ramirez to two-year extension

The Denver Broncos signed center Manny Ramirez to a two-year contract extension through the 2015 season.

Ramirez is a seventh-year player who has started 27 of 36 career regular-season games with the Detroit Lions and Denver.

He saw action in a career-high 15 games a season ago, starting 11 contests for the Broncos at right guard. He took over as the Broncos' starting center during the offseason and played every offensive snap at that position during the Broncos season-opening win against Baltimore.

Ramirez was selected by the Lions in the fourth round of the 2007 NFL draft being a four-year starter for Texas Tech University.
