Browns sign Alford, cut Moten

The Cleveland Browns have brought back veteran offensive lineman Dominic Alford and cut linebacker Adrian Moten.

Alford is a 6-foot-3, 320-pound former undrafted free agent. Alford spent the final four weeks of the 2012 season on the Carolina Panthers’ practice squad.

Alford was with Browns during the 2013 offseason after signing with the club on Feb. 6, and was waived on July 24.

While in college, Alford appeared in 42 games with 21 starts at Minnesota. A native of Cleveland, he graduated from Shaker Heights High School.
