Cleveland has conditionally surrendered its 2017 fourth-round pick to Philadelphia and its 2017 sixth- or seventh-round pick to San Francisco. Mingo, a first-round draft choice in 2013, appeared in 46 games with 16 starts. He logged 99 career tackles, seven sacks, one interception, 16 passes defensed and one fumble recovery.
