Buccaneers assistant arrested, charged with DUI
The last time a team official got busted for boozing and driving it didn’t go so well. Just ask Detroit Lions president Tom Lewand.
So Tampa Bay Buccaneers assistant defensive line coach Chris Mosley should be on alert. Josh Poltilove of the Tampa Tribune reports that Mosley was arrested on Tuessay and charged with driving under the influence.
Mosley allegedly ran through a red light late Tuesday night and was pulled over by an officer. Per the report, his breath smelled of alcohol, his eyes were glassy and bloodshot and he had difficulty maintaining his balance. Police-issued breath tests determined that Mosley’s blood-alcohol level was 0..137 and 0.143, more than 1.5 times above the legal limit of 0.08 in Florida.
The 32-year-old Mosley was released from jail on $500 bail. He is subject to discipline under the NFL’s personal conduct policy.
