Buccaneers make series of roster moves
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers made a series of roster moves today, placing three players on injured reserve: safety Cody Grimm, guard Davin Joseph and defensive end Kyle Moore.
The Bucs also released veteran safety Sabby Piscetelli, who had been beaten out for a starting job by the rookie Grimm, and signed safety Larry Asante off the practice squad of the Cleveland Browns.
Promoted from the practice squad to the 53-man roster were safety Vince Anderson, wide receiver Dezmon Briscoe and guard Brandon Carter. Finally, Tamoa signed wide receiver Ed Gant and defensive end E.J. Wilson to the practice squad.
