The Tampa Bay Buccaneers aren't picking up a fifth-year option for running back Doug Martin. Martin has been limited by injuries. He rushed for 1,454 yards and 11 touchdowns as a rookie. Martin and Charles Sims are expected to compete for the starting job. Martin will be a free agent after this season.
