Buccaneers sign Damaso Munoz

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed former Edmonton Eskimos linebacker Damaso Munoz.

The 5-foot-11, 219-pounder from Rutgers had 88 tackles and three sacks in 2012.

In 2011, he had 67 yackles and an interception.

Munoz had a minicamp tryout with the Chicago Bears and was later cut by the Hartford Colonials following training camp in 2010. He was later added to the Toronto Argonauts practice roster and then the Eskimos.

At Rutgers, he finished with 195 career tackles, two forced fumbles and three interceptions.
