Buccaneers sign third-rounder Charles Sims

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed third-round running back Charles Sims to a four-year contract.

Sims rushed for 1,095 yards last season at West Virginia.

Sims played at West Virginia for one season after transferring from Houston.

He caught 203 career passes for 2,108 yards and 11 touchdowns, rushing for 2,370 yards and 29 touchdowns.

Sims caught 45 passes last season and was named the Big 12 Newcomer of the Year at West Virgnia.
