Cardinals announce changes to scouting department

The Arizona Cardinals have announced a slight shakeup in their scouting department.

First, Kyle Johnson was hired as a college scout. He will handle scouting in the Northeast and also serve as the team’s representative to the National Football Scouting service. Johnson was a fullback in the league with the Denver Broncos from 2002 to 2007 and he played in college at Syracuse.

Dru Grigson has been named a regional scout for the eastern part of the country and Quentin Harris was promoted to assistant pro personnel director. College scout Mike BBoni will work the Midwest and eastern portion of the country.

Scouts that have work now know they’re in a good position. There has been very limited movement this offseason creating few openings for those seeking a job.
