Cardinals cut kicker Jay Feely

The Arizona Cardinals cut kicker Jay Feely as well as offensive tackle Max Starks and quarterback Ryan Lindley.

“It’s been an honor to play for the Arizona Cardinals,” Feely wrote on Twitter. “Michael Bidwill, thank you for your leadership and friendship. AZ will still be home!”

The new Cardinals' kicker is rookie Chandler Catanzaro. He hasn't missed a field goal in training camp. Feely missed a field goal Sunday.

Feely could wind up with the Broncos possibly. The Broncos are without Matt Prater for four games due to a suspension for substance-abuse.

The Cardinals cut linebacker Keenan Clayton, linebacker JoJo Dickson, center Tom Draheim, wide receiver Reggie Dunn, linebacker Derrell Johnson, safety Orhian Johnson, wide receiver Kevin Ozier, defensive tackle Justin Renfrow, cornerback Brandon Sermons and running back Damien Thigpen.
