Cardinals QB Drew Stanton cleared to start
The Arizona Cardinals will have Drew Stanton available to start if they need him out there for Sunday's game, according to NFL.com.
Stanton suffered a concussion during Arizona's loss to the Broncos a week ago. However, he may not start as starting quarterback Carson Palmer has a better chance to play for the first time since Week 1. Palmer has had a nerve issue in his shoulder.
Stanton has filled in admirably for Palmer over the past few weeks. In three games, Stanton has thrown for 529 yards, two touchdowns and zero interceptions.
