Cardinals sign Jermaine Gresham
The Arizona Cardinals signed tight end Jermaine Gresham to a one-year deal.
With Jimmy Graham traded to the Seattle Seahawks, the New Orleans Saints brought in the former Cincinnati Bengals tight end for a visit. He also visited the Cardinals and was scheduled to visit the Green Bay Packers.
The Saints also offered Gresham a contract.
Gresham had surgery on a herniated disc during free agency.
He's getting healthier now, though.
A former first-round draft pick from Oklahoma, Gressham, 26, caught 62 passes for 460 yards and five touchdowns last season.
Gresham has played 74 of 80 career games.
