Cardinals sign Ted Ginn to three-year deal

The Arizona Cardinals have signed former Carolina Panthers wide receiver and kick returner Ted Ginn Jr. to a three-year contract.

Ginn chose the Cardinals after mulling over interet from other teams, including the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New York Giants.

Last season, Ginn caught 36 passes for 556 yards and five touchdowns.

Ginn has a previous stint with the San Francisco 49ers.

He played for $1.1 million last season in Carolina, and now his one-year contract has expired.
