CB Adams' return to Pats lasts one day

One day after putting defensive tackle Mike Wright on injured reserve and re-signing cornerback Phillip adams to take his spot on the 53-man roster, Adams has been dropped again by the New England Patriots.

The Patriots announced that they have signed defensive tackle Marcus Harrison to their active roster and let go of Adams once again. Adams had been released last week by New England.

Harrison was a third-round pick of the Chicago Bears in 2008 and played three seasons there, appearing in 37 games.
