Chargers linebacker Jonas Mouton tore ACL, season over

San Diego Chargers inside linebacker Jonas Mouton was declared out or the season by coach Mike McCoy tonight.

Mouton tore the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee during a Thursday practice.

Although Mouton is a former second-round draft pick from Michigan, he's still a backup.

And he missed nearly the majority of his rookie season with a shoulder injury.

This injury thins depth at inside lineabacker, which features rookie starter and former Notre Dame star Manti Te'o.
