Chargers sign cornerback Jimmy Wilson

The San Diego Chargers have signed Jimmy Wilson to a two-year contract. Wilson played for the Miami Dolphins for the past four seasons. Wilson has started 21 of the 60 games he has played since being drafted in 2011 in the seventh round out of Montana. He has 153 career tackles, 16 passes defensed, four interceptions and two sacks playing both safety and nickel cornerback. He started 13 games last season and set a career high with 58 tackles.
