Chargers sign Doug Legursky

The San Diego Chargers have signed former Pittsburgh Steelers offensive lineman Doug Legursky.

The 6-foot-1, 315-pounder has six seasons of NFL experience, five in Pittsburgh and one in Buffalo las tyear He’s played in 63 career games and started 28, most recently 12 played with 11 starts at left guard for the Bills in 2013. Legursky has played center and both guard positions during his career, as well as special teams.

Legursky also has played in four playoff games and has a Super Bowl ring. He was on the Steelers’ practice squad in 2008 when they beat Arizona to win Super Bowl XLIII and he started at center for an injured Maurkice Pouncey in their loss to the Green Bay Packers in Super Bowl XLV.
