Chris Polk is a free agent after Eagles withdraw qualifying offer
Philadelphia Eagles running back Chris Polk is an unrestricted free agent.
The Eagles withdrew their qualifying tender offer to Polk, freeing him to go to another NFL team.
Polk was part of a crowded backfield with the Eagles after the additions of DeMarco Murray and Ryan Mathews.
Now, he can seek a job elsewhere.
Polk rushed for 172 yards and four touchdowns last season.
For his career, the former Washington standout has rushed for 270 yards and six touchdowns in three NFL seasons.
