Colts cut Khaled Holmes, three others

The Indianapolis Colts today waived tight end Cameron Clear, long snapper Forrest Hill, center/guard Khaled Holmes and tackle Mitchell Van Dyk. Holmes is a former starter. He's started nine games in two NFL seasons. Clear, 6-5, 277 pounds, signed with the Colts as a free agent in February. In 2015, he spent his entire rookie season on the Pittsburgh Steelers injured reserve list. Hill, 6-1, 248 pounds, signed with the Colts as an undrafted free agent on March 8, 2016. He played in 38 career games at Auburn. Van Dyk, 6-7, 299 pounds, was signed by the Colts as a free agent on April 20, 2016. He spent the entire 2015 season on the Steelers injured reserve list after being waived-injured by the team last year.
