Colts sign Dwight Lowery
The Indianapolis Colts have signed former Jacksonville Jaguars and Atlanta Falcons veteran safety Dwight Lowery.
Lowery played last season for the Falcons, starting all but one game.
He had a career-high 85 tackles with two interceptions, two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery.
He has 302 career tackles, 12 interceptions, four sacks, seven forced fumbles and seven fumble recoveries.
Lowery was originally selected by the Jets in the fourth round of the 2008 NFL draft. In three seasons in New York, he had seven interceptions and 32 passes defensed.
