Cowboys' Randy Gregory facing 10-game suspension, heads to rehab
Dallas Cowboys defensive end Randy Gregory is facing a 10-game suspension for violating the NFL substance-abuse policy.
He was previously saddled with a four-game suspension.
Gregory is going to a rehab facility.
Gregory is going to appeal, but he's not expected to win.
Gregory tested positive for marijuana at the NFL scouting combine last year.
Gregory had multiple issues at Nebraska.
Gregory signed a four-year deal worth roughly $3.8 million after the 2015 draft, including $1.4 million guaranteed. If he is suspended for 10 games, he would be out more than $350,000 of his $608,406 base salary this season.
