Cowboys sign Lache Seastrunk, cut Synjyn Days

The Dallas Cowboys cut rookie running back Synjyn Days and signed former Washington Redskins running back Lache Seastrunk. Seastrunk was a standout running back for Baylor who had 2,189 total yards and 18 touchdowns. The Redskins selected Seastrunk in the sixth round last year before cutting him. He spent time on the Carolina Panthers and Tennessee Titans practice squads. Follow me on Twitter: @RavensInsider Aaron Wilson covers the Ravens for The Baltimore Sun
