Darren Sproles heads to locker room early

New Orleans Saints running back Darren Sproles was taken to the locker room for a potential concussion early in New Orleans' game against the Jets.

Sproles was hit in the head following a reception for two yards.

He was able to get up after the hit but was unable to return to the game. If Sproles does in fact have a concussion, Pierre Thomas will be counted on to fill the receiver-at-running back role.
