DeSean Jackson active, will play against Eagles

Washington receiver DeSean Jackson will suit up and play against his former team early Sunday afternoon.

Jackson bruised the AC joint in his shoulder last week but has long been hoping to stand out in this Week 3 game against the Philadelphia Eagles, the team that unceremoniously cut him during the preseason. Jackson figures to be limited, however, due to the injury.

Tight end Jordan Reed is once again inactive for Washington and Niles Paul will fill in for him.

On the Eagles side, tight end Zach Ertz (knee) is active.
