DeSean Jackson 'very limited' in practice

DeSean Jackson is hoping to play against his former team, the Philadelphia Eagles, on Sunday.

But a lot depends on how his injured shoulder looks the morning of the game. Though he was able to practice on Friday, Washington coach Jay Gruden told reporters his receiver wasn't able to participate much.

“He was very limited, as you well know," he said, via The Washington Post. "But I think it was a step in a positive direction. We’ll get another look at him tomorrow with the trainers, then we’ll gauge him on Sunday morning and see where he’s at.”

Jackson has been able to tough out injuries in the past and this will be one he'll do his best to get ready for. He is being listed as questionable.

In other Washington injury news, tight end Jordan Reed will miss another game with a hamstring issue.
