Dez Bryant fined for throat slash gesture, apologizes

Dallas Cowboys star wide receiver Dez Bryant was fined $7,875 for his throat slash gesture following a touchdown catch against the St. Louis Rams, according to ESPN Dallas.

He was flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct.

“I shouldn’t have done it anyway,” said Bryant, who has caught 17 passes for 201 yards and two touchdowns.

Bryant plans to appeal the fine.
