Does Kyle Shanahan want out of Cleveland?

Browns offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan may want out of Cleveland, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

Shanahan is looking at head-coaching positions with the Buffalo Bills and San Francisco 49ers. He could also wind up working with his father, Mike Shanahan, again if the older Shanahan lands an offensive coordinator position.

Why does Shanahan want out? Per the report, the personnel department and coaches aren't seeing eye to eye and coaches may have felt pressure to bench Brian Hoyer and start Johnny Manziel. And the personnel side actually texted down to the sideline to discuss play-calling during games.

Shanahan is under contract for next season, but the Browns may have to let him leave rather than coach in an unhappy situation.
