Dolphins, Bills claim Patriots castoffs

A pair of castoff tight ends from the New England Patriots have found new homes inside the AFC East.

The Miami Dolphins have claimed tight end Will Yeatman off waivers from the Patriots and also announced the addition of seven players to their practice squad.

In addition, to Yeatman finding a new home, the Buffalo Bills snagged rookie tight end Lee Smith, a fifth-round choice of the Patriots, off the waiver wire.

All seven added to the practice squad had been in the Dolphins' training camp, including defensive back Vincent Agnew, tight end Brett Brackett, guard Garrett Chisolm, quarterback Pat Devlin, running back Nic Grigsby, tackle D.J. Jones and wide receiver Julius Pruitt.
