Dolphins first-rounder DeVante Parker had foot surgery, out until first game

Miami Dolphins first-round wide receiver DeVante Parker had surgery today and is out until the first game of the regular season. Parker missed seven games last season with a foot injury. This time, he had a screw removed from his foot. Parker is expected to start training camp on the physically unable to perform list.
