Dolphins re-sign Louis Delmas, LaMichael James
The Miami Dolphins have re-signed safety Louis Delmas and running back LaMichael James.
Delmas got a one-year, $3.5 million contract coming off a torn anterior cruciate ligament.
James is entering his fourth NFL season and has rushed for 193 career yards and five catches for 45 yards.
James had five rushes for nine yards last season.
James played collegiately at Oregon where he saw action in 37 games with 34 starts. He finished his career ranked first in school history with 5,082 career rushing yards. He became the first two-time consensus All-America selection in school history his sophomore and junior seasons. He won the Doak Walker Award as the nation’s top running back as a sophomore.
