Dolphins re-sign Larry Johnson
Larry Johnson's time in the unemployment line didn't last long, as the Miami Dolphins re-signed the veteran running back on Thursday.
To make room on the roster, Miami waived guard Ray Feigna.
Johnson, originally a first-round pick round pick of the Kansas City Chiefs in 2003, was signed by the Dolphins as a free agent on Aug. 23 and he played in the final preseason game, rushing for 46 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries.
Johnson, a two-time Pro Bowl player, has also played for the Cincinnati Bengals and Washington Redskins after being released by the Chiefs in 2009.
