Dolphins sign Anthony Gaitor, cut Cameron Marshall

The Miami Dolphins have signed veteran cornerback Anthony Gaitor and cut running back Cameron Marshall.

Gaitor played collegiately at nearby Florida International and is a Miami Northwestern graduate.

He was drafted in the seventh round by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2011 when Dolphins general manager Dennis Hickey was the scouting director in Tampa.

Gaitor was out last season with a torn anterior cruciate ligament.

In 2011 and 2012, he had a dozen tackles for the Buccaneers in 12 games.
