Dolphins sign defensive tackle A.J. Francis

The Miami Dolphins have signed defensive tackle A.J. Francis off the New England Patriots practice squad to their active roster.

Francis is an undrafted rookie from Maryland.

They also cut defensive lineman Isaako Aaitui and defensive back D.J. Campbell.

Francis was with the Dolphins during training camp prior to being waived and claimed off waivers by the Patriots. He was released off the New England active roster and signed to the Patriots practice squad.
