Donald Trump says he wants to buy the Bills

The Buffalo Bills are up for sale.

And billionaire Donald Trump wants to buy them, insisting he's serious about his bid to acquire the AFC East franchise that became available when venerable owner Ralph Wilson died.

Is this about publicity or is Trump for real?

According to the Buffalo News, Trump has already spoken twice with Bills president and CEO Russ Brandon.

"I'm going to give it a heavy shot," Trump told the newspaper. "I would love to do it, and if I can do it I'm keeping it in Buffalo."

Trump insists he won't move the team to Los Angeles or Toronto.

"I live in New York, and it's easier for me to go to Buffalo than any other place," Trump said. "Where am I going to move it, some place on the other side of the country, where I have to travel for five hours?"
