Eagles bring back Derek Landri
The Philadelphia Eagles added some depth for their defensive line with the addition of Derek Landri.
The club announced this morning the tackle has agreed to a one-year contract. Landri checked out the open market after playing in 12 games for the Eagles last season and made the decision to return. In limited playing time, he led the defense with eight tackles for loss and had two sacks. He had 43 tackles and added a blocked field goal on special teams.
Landri, 28, is entering his sixth season in the NFL after also making stops in Jacksonville and Carolina. He could play an expanded role for the Eagles this season.
