Eagles' Foles cleared to practice

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Nick Foles has been cleared to practice following a concussion.

He's expected to start this week with Michael Vick sidelined with a hamstring injury.

"We'll get a feel for where Nick's at," Eagles offesnive coordinator Pat Shurmur told Philadelphia reporters. "He's been cleared medically. This is his first day back, so we'll just see how he responds to the reps he gets."

Foles was inactive against the New York Giants.
