Eagles sign E.J. Biggers and Seyi Ajirotutu

The Philadelphia Eagles have signed cornerback E.J. Biggers and wide receiver Seyi Ajirotutu to one-year contracts. Biggers has played both cornerback and safety in six NFL seasons. Biggers is a 2009 seventh-round pick of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.  He spent four seasons in Tampa and the last two with the Washington Redskins.
