E.J. Manuel has LCL sprain

Bills coach Doug Marrone told reporters that quarterback E.J. Manuel sprained the lateral collateral ligament in his knee during Buffalo's 34-27 loss to Cleveland Thursday night.

Marrone said he thinks "it will be a few weeks" for Manuel to recover.

With Manuel out of the lineup, rookie Jeff Tuel will fill in and start for the Bills. In relief duty last night, Tuel completed eight of 20 passes for 80 yards.
