Falcons safety William Moore arrested in Georgia
Atlanta Falcons safety William Moore was arrested in Gwinnett County, Ga., on Tuesday and charged with multiple traffic offenses.
According to a report in the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Moore was charged with speeding, driving with a suspended license and failure to appear. He spent more than seven hours in the county jail before being released on $1,040 bond.
In the absence of regular football business in the lockout, players’ misdeeds become magnified in the public eye. Moore is another player for commissioner Roger Goodell to take a look at when the labor process has been resolved.
