Giants' Jacobs threatens to punch Rex in the face

The New York Giants' 29-14 victory over the New York Jets apparently didn't completely wipe out all the trash talk that led up to the game.

According to Reuters, Giants running back Brandon Jacobs said Jets coach Rex Ryan told him to "Shut the f--- up, wait till we win the Super Bowl," in the aftermath of the Giants' win.

Jacobs said he threatened to punch Ryan in the face and in postgame press conferences, said the Jets coach "needs to shut up."

Ryan said it was a private converation between the two. Ryan's boast of waiting until the Jets win the Super Bowl, however, will probably have to wait until next year, as New York - while not officially elminated - has the slimmest possibility of the four teams battling for the final wild-card spot.
