Giants lose in improbable fashion to Jaguars
Folks in New York are still trying to figure out how in the world the Giants lost to the Jaguars on Sunday afternoon.
The Giants, doing their best Jets impression, imploded in the second half and lost 25-24 to Jacksonville. Up 17-3 at halftime, the Jaguars capitalized on a multitude of Giants' mistakes. Jacksonville scored two touchdowns on fumble recroveries and returns and forced three total turnovers.
There was no reason for the Giants to lose to the Jaguars. And even though Giants coach Tom Coughlin brought that organization two Super Bowls, it might be time to consider moving in a different direction after the way his team played Sunday.
