Giants sign first-round pick Ereck Flowers

The New York Giants have signed first-round pick Ereck Flowers. Flowers signed a four-year, $14.391 million deal, including a $8.726 million signing bonus. Flowers operated as his own agent. He was drafted ninth overall out of Miami and is slated to start at left tackle as a rookie. "It was great," he said. "Got a great deal done. Everything went good. It was smooth."
