Giants to receive Super Bowl rings tonight

The New York Giants will receive their Super Bowl championship rings tonight.

The team will gather at Tiffany & Co. in Manhattan for a ceremony and receive rings that may – or may not – look like the one punter Steve Weatherford sent out via a photo on his Twitter account.

Ralph Vacchiano of the New York Daily News reports it resembles one that two other players showed photos of in March. But no one has any way of saying precisely what the ring looks like.

“It doesn’t look like that, actually. You want to know why?” defensive lineman Justin Tuck said. “Because y’all got the wrong picture. That’s not our ring.”

So, stay tuned. The Giants will get their second ring in four years this evening and we’ll know soon enough what it looks like.
