Golden Tate takes up yoga

Detroit Lions wide receiver Golden Tate is coming off a breakthrough season. And Tate reaped the rewards of taking better care of himself, including a healthier diet and taking up yoga to become more flexible, and was named to the Pro Bowl for the first time. “I've been doing some yoga, trying to work on my flexibility,” Tate said. “Eating healthier than I ever have and just really trying to build my endurance up, trying to build my body as much as I can because, as you know, the season will break it down.” Tate caught 99 passes for 1,331 yards last season.
