Indiana WR Kofi Hughes met with Redskins, Bears, Colts, Bengals
Indiana wide receiver Kofi Hughes has met with the Washington Redskins, Chicago Bears, Indianapolis Colts and the Cincinnati Bengals, according to a league source.
Hughes finished with 132 career receptions for 1,956 yards and 13 touchdowns.
He ran the 40-yard dash between 4.49 and 4.52 seconds at his campus Pro Day workout. He also registered a vertical leap of 35 1/2 inches,and a 10-foot-6 broad jump while recording 24 reps of 225 pounds in the bench press.
As a senior, Hughes was a team captain. He caught 47 passes for 739 yards and seven touchdowns.
As a junior, he had 43 catches for 639 yards and three touchdowns.
As a sophomore, Hughes caught 35 passes for 536 yards and three touchdowns.
Hughes is a former Gatorade Indiana Football Player of the Year from Cathedral High School in Indianapolis.
