Jackson, Maclin have beef in Eagles camp
Both of the Philadelphia Eagles wide receivers have survived injury scares in training camp.
Now, it appears, both are ready to get the hell out of training camp and find a common opponent. Because DeSean Jackson and Jeremy Maclin engaged in a “brief argument” late in the morning practice, according to Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer. They spent the rest of the session and the stroll off the field in an “animated” discussion.
Hey, this counts as news at this point during camp. Is it a case of two star players and only one football to go around?
“It's training camp. There's no bad vibe between us two,” Maclin said, per the report. “We talked something out and that's all it was. I don't hate him, he doesn't hate me. We're still good. We're still friends. There was a little mix up and it's all good now.”
Jackson said the players were “cool” and we’ll have to take his word for it because Jackson has been giving the media the cold shoulder during training camp.
