Jaguars awarded Jeff Tuel off waivers, cut Jake Waters

The Jacksonville Jaguars were awarded quarterback Jeff Tuel off waivers from the Buffalo Bills. They cut rookie quarterback Jake Waters. Tuel went undrafted out of Washington State, signing with the Bills in 2013. He played in two games with one start over the past two seasons. He was on the practice squad most of last season.
