The Jacksonville Jaguars hired Monte Kiffin as a defensive assistant. The 76-year-old worked as a consultant last year for the Jaguars. He's a former defensive coordinator for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Dallas Cowboys, New Orleans Saints and Minnesota Vikings. Now, he's with the Jaguars on a full-time basis.
